Booking Policies (2025)

Down payments are non-refundable, except if your booking is canceled by the studio.

Please arrive on time!
We have a waiting time of 5 minutes for 15-minute sessions, 10 minutes for 30-minute sessions, and 15 minutes for 1-hour sessions before your appointment is considered a 'no-show.'
If you arrive later than your scheduled appointment, your shoot time will be reduced by the delay, and the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
Please inform us immediately if you think you are going to be late so necessary arrangements can be made. Informing us may allow for slight flexibility in the grace period, subject to availability.
Your slot will be forfeited if you do not show up for your scheduled session. No refunds will be made.

You may reschedule your slot once (1) for free after your payment has been made. The free rescheduling pass is valid for up to 3 months from the date of your original session.
Subsequent reschedules will incur an additional fee, which will be communicated at the time of your request.
Please inform the studio as soon as possible—at least 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled session—if you wish to reschedule.
Requests made less than 72 hours (3 days) before your session will incur a 30% fee.
Same-day rescheduling requests may be considered but are not guaranteed, and the remaining balance must still be paid.
Your slot will be forfeited if you do not show up for your scheduled session. No refunds will be made.
For rescheduled bookings, your slot will be forfeited if you do not show up on your confirmed rescheduled slot. Kindly purchase a new package should you wish to reschedule again.
In case of emergency or if the client can't come to the studio due to uncontrollable natural phenomenon (medical emergency, flood, heavy rains, earthquakes), rescheduling for free is allowed.
