Equipment Check and Damages:\u003cbr\u003e   Before using our studio, one of our staff members will inspect the equipment to record any existing damages beforehand. Any damages caused by participants within the studio premises will incur a minimum charge of P500. If any studio equipment is damaged (cracked, scratched, peeled, wetted, or dropped) due to negligence or reckless acts, the client is obligated to replace the exact equipment. Please approach any of our staff to assist you in case of any concerns.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e2. Rental Duration and Excess Time:\u003cbr\u003e   The rental duration will start and end based on the scheduled time. If the renter remains in the studio area after the scheduled time, it will be considered as excess time. A flat rate of P350 pesos excess time fee will be charged for every 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time. Please note that time extensions will not be permitted if there is a following booking, and clients will be requested to vacate the studio. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend upgrading the package or booking additional time if needed.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e3. Studio Capacity:\u003cbr\u003e   Only 10-15 people are allowed inside the studio premises at any given time. Please adhere to this capacity limit for a safe and comfortable environment.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e4. Departure Protocol:\u003cbr\u003e   Before leaving the studio, the client must wait to be cleared by our staff. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth departure process.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eRESCHEDULE POLICY:\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e1. Free Rescheduling:\u003cbr\u003e   Free rescheduling is allowed at least 3 days before the booked date. However, if the booking is made within 1-2 days prior to the scheduled date, free rescheduling is no longer permitted. Clients are allowed to reschedule once without additional charges. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e2. \u003cspan\u003eFor rescheduling beyond the free rescheduling period, a 30% rescheduling fee (calculated as 30% of the down payment) will be charged and must be paid before rescheduling will be granted. For example, if your appointment is on January 5 and you request to reschedule between January 2 and 5, a rescheduling fee will apply.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e3. Emergency and Natural Phenomenon:\u003cbr\u003e   In case of emergencies or uncontrollable natural phenomena (e.g., floods, heavy rains, earthquakes) preventing the client from coming to the studio, free rescheduling is permitted.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e4. Last-Minute Rescheduling Fee:\u003cbr\u003e   For last-minute rescheduling or rescheduling beyond the free rescheduling period, a fee equivalent to 30% of the down payment will be charged.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e5. Same-Day Rescheduling:\u003cbr\u003e   If the client requests a reschedule on the same day of the scheduled shoot, they must pay the balance plus an additional 30% fee (30% of the down payment) before being granted a reschedule.\n\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e6. \u003cspan\u003eFORCE MAJEURE\/UNEXPECTED CIRCUMSTANCE CLAUSE- In the event of unexpected circumstances beyond the Studio’s control—such as power outages, earthquakes, sudden flooding, natural disasters, or any similar incident—that result in the cancellation or rescheduling of appointments, the Studio shall not be held liable for any expenses incurred by the client. This includes, but is not limited to, makeup or grooming costs, transportation or fares, attire rentals, and other related expenses.
