How to download your photos?

Downloading via Android Phone/Apple Phone

Please note that downloading the whole folder is not possible on a mobile phone. If you want to download all your photos, we suggest using a laptop or a personal computer instead.

1.Click the link that we sent to you or you may copy the link and paste to a separate browser.

2.Click the file that you want to download.

3.Click the Arrow Down Icon on the Top Right corner of your screen and the file will be immediately downloaded.

Downloading using a Laptop or Computer

1.Click the link that we sent to you or you may copy the link and paste to a separate browser.

SINGLE FILE DOWNLOAD- If you want to download a single file, click on the 3 dots at the top right of the file and choose Download.

MULTIPLE FILE DOWNLOAD – To download all your files at once, click the arrow-down icon beside the folder name and select 'Download.' Please note that the downloaded file will be in a zipped folder. You may need a separate app, such as WinRAR or 7-Zip, to extract the files.

1. Airdrop (Available in Davao and Tagum)

2. Android Phone transfer via USB Type-C

 

Please note that we do not allow any outside USB or External Hardrives.
